Old Business
Rides – Some great rides lately between the Polo ride and the Madison 5-point eating spree. Earve Jeff also enjoyed a ride out to Hamburg, NY for the MOA InterNational Rally.
Tonight’s picnic – Kudos to Sherry & Wayne for organizing things!
New Business
Steak Fry – Steve spoke with Fritz & has the Wooden Nickel set for us Oct 16 at $19/person. Fritz needs a head count at least 10 days prior. Coals will be hot by 4:00. Annual dues will be collected at the event, and elections will take place.
Flea Market – We need to get ads in the magazines ASAP. Paul will contact the MOA magazine to put info in their calendar. Paul will also be getting the gate passes to Earve. Fairgrounds & food vendor are set for April 29 & 30, 2017. 10x20 vendor spaces will likely stay the same ($30 + $5/table if they don’t bring their own).
Car & Bike Show – Rochelle’s Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival takes place this weekend (Aug 19-21). Steve is helping organize the bike show and has entry forms if you’d like to participate.
Galena Campout – the BMW Motorrad Club is hosting their annual rally Aug 26-28 (next weekend!)
